If product fails due to manufacturing defect, even after extended use, GMC Snow will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Authorized Dealers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from GMC Snow in advance and all shipping costs must be prepaid. You pay to get it to us and we pay to get it back.

Damage due to regular wear and tear, accident, improper care or negligence not liable to warranty. (i.e. if your dog eats half your glove, you drag your hand across a parking lot, or you grab a tree limb while traveling warp speed, don’t waste your time and money sending it to us... and don’t think we can’t tell). Fraudulent warranty claims will not be processed, instead will be promptly recycled into lining for our hamster cages.
